Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. No-Return Policy (Health & Safety)
Due to the nature of psychoactive medications, we are legally unable to accept returns or exchanges once a product has left our pharmacy.
- Safety First: We cannot guarantee the storage conditions (temperature, light, or humidity) of medications once they are in a customer’s possession.
- Integrity: To protect all our patients, we never restock or re-sell returned medications. All sales are final.
2. Guaranteed Reshipment or Refund
While we do not accept returns, we stand behind our service. We will provide a 100% Free Reshipment or a Full Refund in the following specific cases:
- Damaged on Arrival: If your package arrives with a broken safety seal or visible damage to the medication itself.
- Incorrect Order: If you receive a product, brand, or dosage different from what was confirmed in your order.
- Non-Delivery: If your tracking information confirms the package was lost in transit or seized, and has not arrived within 30 days of the dispatch date.
3. How to File a Claim
If your order meets the criteria in Section 2, please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:
- Contact Support: Email us at support@psychoactivemedsonline.com with your Order Number in the subject line.
- Provide Evidence: Attach clear high-resolution photos of the shipping label, the external packaging, and the damaged or incorrect product.
- Resolution: Once verified, we will process your reshipment or refund within 3–5 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We cannot offer refunds or reshipments if:
- Wrong Address: The shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
- Unclaimed Packages: The courier attempted delivery, but the package was not claimed or was refused by the recipient.
- Delivered Status: The tracking shows “Delivered,” but the customer claims non-receipt (we recommend using a secure mailbox or monitored delivery address).
5. Order Cancellations
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 2 hours of payment, provided it has not yet entered the “Dispatched” stage. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be canceled.
